3. What personal data do we process?
We process the following information about you that is necessary for the management of the customer relationship and marketing:

Providing your name and contact details is a prerequisite for you to order our products or services. If you want to pay for your purchases using a renovation account, you must provide us with the information needed to make a credit decision.
Some of our store facilities have recording camera surveillance, so when you shop in our store, video footage of your shopping is recorded.
4. For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the purpose of managing, managing, analysing and developing the customer relationship, including electronic customer communications. If you have financed your purchases with Rempparaha financing provided by OP Corporate Bank plc, we will hand over the total amount of your purchases to OP Corporate Bank plc.
We have outsourced the processing of personal data to the following service providers who process your personal data on our behalf:

- For Communications, Marketing and Customer Satisfaction Service Providers
7. Do we transfer your personal data to a third country for the transfer?
We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU and EEA.
8. How long do we keep your personal data?
We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which we process the personal data or to comply with our legal obligations. In the storage periods, we take into account, for example, the time allowed by law for bringing an action and the liability of the provider of goods and services for goods and services.
The products and services we sell may have a warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the product, so we will keep information about the products and services you have ordered for 15 years from the date of delivery.

11. Where do we get your personal data?

If you represent a potential business customer, we collect your data from websites and other public sources, trade fairs, the business information service provided by Asiakastieto Oy, and other commercial operators that provide information about companies and their representatives.
If you want to open a renovation account, we will check your credit rating from the credit information register maintained by Suomen Asiakastieto.
12. How do we ensure data security in the processing of personal data?
We store your personal data in systems that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other generally acceptable technical and organisational means in the industry at any given time.
The materials we maintain manually are located in premises that are blocked from unauthorised access.
